Not always an easy choice, but still a choice. It is finding a way to embrace reality. What is the alternative - arguing with it? Often happiness can be achieved by increasing awareness, actions and energy. Through the Happy Healthy Human Project, we offer many tools, new and old, from around the planet.
There is more information about health and fitness than ever before, yet many still struggle with energy, movement, sleep, basic health and body composition. Why? Because you are unique! From lifestyle to genetics, one way is not optimal for everyone. Find out and utilize what is most helpful for you.
To be truly happy and healthy we must embrace our connection to others and our place as humans on this planet. We all have a purpose and have a need to express ourselves while on this spinning planet. Be it finding purpose or building support, we provide tools to help you discover and achieve your dreams.
The Project is two-fold:
Knowledge
The Project provides easy access to safe and effective tools, techniques and trusted resources that have proven successful in our own lives. Using a multifaceted approach, we blend the best from both new and old as well as, from the East and the West. The Project gives you access to traditional training techniques such as yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gung and meditation in addition to the latest in strength-training techniques. You will also find ways to incorporate the latest fitness technologies, bio-hacking and epigenetics.
We understand anyone with access to the internet has access to almost any information in an instant, which brings us to our passion: ACTION!
Action
Knowledge without action has no power. For every piece of knowledge we share with you, we will show you a way to put it into action. Our focus is on your behavioral change in the form of habit adjustments or “Habit Hacks”. Behavioral change is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, challenges to our health and happiness. Each week we will feature a class to help you get moving and a new habit hack to challenge you to make a change.

So the first offering of the project is designed to get your body, mind and spirit in action first thing in the morning with a blend of breathing, movement, challenges and fun.

We become our habits.
Adjusting habits, with what we call, “habit hacks”, is the single most powerful tool to creating and maintaining a happy healthy life. Generally hacking is making post manufacturer adjustments to a system to improve its performance - such as cars or computers. The more complex the system, the easier it is to hack or improve. Humans are one of the most complex systems in the world. So let’s start hacking!
