1: Meet & Greet
The truth is there are many paths to the same place and to me, if anyone tells you otherwise is trying to sell you something! For some, I may simply not the right person to assist. So during this free of charge introduction we can make sure we both feel confident we will be successful working together.
3: Learn & Adopt
In person or virtually, we will schedule 10 sessions over the next 30 days as well as other interactions including texts and calls up to 6 days a week! These training sessions will be both physical as well as mental and will be customized to your needs and goals.
2: Understand & Analyze
Everyone is truly unique. Understanding your current situation conditions and state as well as desires and goals is the only way I can design an actionable and effective training camp. This is done by an in-depth conversation, brief questionnaire and using a wearable device.
4: Restructure & Redefine
During the entire training camp you will experience a host of “Habit Hack’s” that Kurt will specifically choose for you to enhance your experience and attain your desired goals. These range from movement and nutrition to efficiencies and communication.
